Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the process take?
Branding typically takes 3–4 weeks. A website runs 4–6 weeks. The Whole Thing? About 6–8 weeks start to finish. Good work takes time — but I don't drag it out. You'll always know where we are and what's next.
How much does it cost?
Enough to be worth it. Pricing varies based on your project scope, and I share full investment details during our inquiry process. What I can tell you is this: if you're looking for the cheapest option, I'm probably not it. If you're looking for the best return on your investment, let's talk.
What do you need from me to GET STARTED?
Your vision, your vibe, and a willingness to trust the process. I send over a brand questionnaire before we begin so I can get inside your head a little — in a non-creepy way. The more you give me, the better the outcome.
Do you OFFER payment pLANS?
Yes. Because I'm a real human who understands that cash flow is a thing. Payment plan details are shared during the inquiry process.
Do you work WITH businesses OUTSIDE of your local area?
Absolutely. My clients are all over the country. Everything we do is virtual — discovery calls, feedback, delivery, all of it. Location is not a barrier.
What PLATFORM do you build websites on?
Squarespace. It's intuitive, looks beautiful, and you'll actually be able to update it yourself without calling me in a panic every time you need to change your hours.
WiLL I be ABLE to make changes to my WEBSITE AFTER it's done?
Yes — that's the whole point. I build your site and then walk you through how to use it. You shouldn't need a designer every time you want to update a photo. Independence is the goal.
What if I don't like what you come up with?
It hasn't happened yet — and that's not arrogance, that's process. Because I spend serious time in discovery before I ever open Illustrator, I know what I'm building before I build it. You're never seeing something random. That said, revisions are built into every project.
I'm just starting OUT. Is it too early to invest in branding?
No. It's too early to invest in the wrong things — merch, photoshoots, ads — before you have a solid brand foundation. A real brand from the start means you grow into it instead of having to redo everything in a year. Ask me how I know.
Why Haven & Honey and not someone ELSE?
Because I actually care if it works. Not just if it looks good — if it works. 13 years, 200+ clients, and I still lose sleep over every project. You won't find that on Fiverr.
